These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the keriya11 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support interactions. By registering an account or placing a wager on keriya11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Important notice: These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and keriya11. Fair Play Guaranteed

One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on keriya11. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on keriya11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

General Terms and Acceptance
These provisions form the foundational framework of your relationship with keriya11 and apply to every interaction with the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and keriya11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of all services provided at keriya11, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and customer support services.
By completing the registration process on keriya11, accessing the keriya11 login page, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease all use of the platform.
keriya11 operates under an international offshore gaming licence and provides its services to players located in Bangladesh subject to the player's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws and regulations. keriya11 makes no representation that its services are legally accessible in every jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using keriya11 is lawful in their location before proceeding.
keriya11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where material changes are made, keriya11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of keriya11 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms are written and enforced in English. In the event of any translation or unofficial version of these Terms being circulated, the English version published on this page takes precedence in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

Account Registration and Eligibility
Only eligible individuals may hold an account. Ineligibility or false registration details may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
To register an account on keriya11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of keriya11, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are not registered under a self-exclusion scheme applicable to keriya11 or any affiliated gambling platform.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal disability.
Each Player may register only one account on keriya11. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be forfeited without recourse.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. keriya11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
Account Verification (KYC)
keriya11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before a withdrawal is processed — and in some cases before a bonus is credited — you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching your registered mobile number).
Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. keriya11 processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days of receipt of a complete document set.
Age Restriction and Verification
keriya11 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all account holders. This is a non-negotiable platform requirement.
18+ Only. keriya11 is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to any game, betting market, or financial function is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned (net of any bonuses already used), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
keriya11 conducts age verification at the point of registration by requiring players to confirm their date of birth. This self-declaration is supported by mandatory identity document checks prior to the first withdrawal. Where keriya11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending a formal age verification review. During the suspension period, no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be permitted.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites, including keriya11. If you believe a minor has registered an account on keriya11 using false information, please contact support@keriya11 immediately so that the account can be identified and closed as quickly as possible.
keriya11 cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating underage gambling activity. Age verification records are retained in accordance with the platform's data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.
Minimum Age: 18
No exceptions. Age verification is conducted at registration and before the first withdrawal is processed. Any account confirmed to be underage is closed immediately.
Report Underage Access
If you suspect a minor is using keriya11, email support@keriya11 immediately. keriya11 will act within 24 hours of receiving a credible report of underage account activity.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on keriya11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion charges applied by the platform.
Accepted Payment Methods
keriya11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) direct bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Payments via unverified third-party agents, cryptocurrency wallets, or any method not listed in your account's payment section are not accepted and will be returned.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by keriya11, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily or transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your keriya11 account balance within 30 seconds to 3 minutes of the payment being confirmed by the respective mobile wallet or banking service.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
- keriya11 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. You cannot withdraw to a payment account in a third party's name.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours for bKash and Nagad, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
- keriya11 reserves the right to request identity documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification documents have not yet been submitted or approved.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the balance.
- In cases where a withdrawal exceeds a single transaction, keriya11 may split the amount into multiple instalments paid over successive business days. Players will be informed if this applies to their withdrawal request.
keriya11 does not hold withdrawals beyond 24 hours without a documented security or verification reason. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 24 hours without explanation, contact support at support@keriya11 and quote your transaction reference number.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
All promotional offers on keriya11 are subject to specific terms. Read bonus conditions carefully before claiming any offer.
keriya11 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including first-deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season. All promotions are governed by these General Terms in addition to the specific bonus terms published on the relevant promotion page.
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more following their initial keriya11 login are eligible for the 100% first-deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Deposits made before completing the registration process or made using payment methods excluded from the promotion do not qualify.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within the time limit results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account automatically.
General Bonus Conditions
- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
- keriya11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute about bonus eligibility or wagering calculation, the keriya11 system records are the definitive reference and take precedence over any player-side calculation.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors, will be forfeited and the account closed.
- Maximum withdrawal from free-spin winnings is ৳5,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
All players must use keriya11 in good faith and in accordance with these rules. Violations may result in permanent account closure and fund forfeiture.
By using keriya11, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on keriya11 under any name or identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means and then withdrawing them as "winnings".
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained from a known or obvious software error are void.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games or betting markets.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the keriya11 technical infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing keriya11 support staff or other platform users.
- Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their stated purpose (bonus abuse).
keriya11 reserves the right to review, investigate, and take action on any account suspected of prohibited conduct without prior notice. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and access to funds may be restricted pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes that prohibited conduct occurred, all funds in the account — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in full.
Account Suspension and Closure
Accounts may be closed by the player voluntarily or by keriya11 for cause. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any player wishing to close their keriya11 account may do so at any time by submitting a written request to support@keriya11 from the email address registered to the account. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, keriya11 will process the closure within 48 hours and return any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering) to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary closure requests cannot be processed while an active withdrawal or bonus wagering obligation is pending; these must be resolved first.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion locks the account immediately and irrevocably for a minimum period of six months. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed or reduced during the exclusion period regardless of the circumstances. Players under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from keriya11 for the duration of the exclusion. Closure by keriya11
keriya11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Confirmed underage gambling or use by an ineligible individual.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
Dormant Account Policy
An account is deemed dormant if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. keriya11 will send a reminder email to the registered address 30 days before the dormancy threshold is reached. If no activity occurs within 30 days of that reminder, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from any real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is immediate upon the player logging in and completing any required re-verification.
Limitation of Liability
keriya11's liability to players is limited in scope. Players accept the inherent risks associated with online gaming and the use of internet-based services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, keriya11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or financial losses, even if keriya11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
keriya11 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may affect platform availability. keriya11 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability, provided that any real-money wagers placed but not settled due to a platform outage will be voided and stakes returned.
keriya11 is not liable for any losses resulting from: (a) a player's failure to read or understand these Terms; (b) a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited; (c) a player's decision to gamble beyond their means; (d) third-party payment provider delays or failures; or (e) any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures outside keriya11's control.
Where keriya11 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by keriya11's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
